  • COVID-19 has highlighted the necessity for stronger, more resilient healthcare systems
  • Findings will help inform specific policy recommendations for both public and private sector actors
Aceso Global is working with a top life science firm’s Global Health Policy team on a meta-analysis of health system resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic in emerging markets. We are synthesizing the results of country analyses in Brazil, India, Mexico, Russia, and South Africa to identify commonalities and differences in policy responses, health outcomes, and economic consequences. In order to ensure a complete analysis that is applicable both within these five countries and among emerging markets writ large, our approach entails a thorough literature review, analysis of external data sources, identification of global trends, and distillation of the results into specific policy recommendations for both public and private sector actors.
