Aceso Global is working on a project with Egypt’s UHIA. As part of this project, Aceso Global will develop a costing methodology based on findings from global comparisons and different levels of Egyptian healthcare services. Costing of Health Services for Provider Payment: A Practical Manual by the Joint Learning Network on Universal Health Coverage (co-authored by Jack Langenbrunner) will serve as a foundation for implementation. Aceso Global will undertake capacity building within UHIA by coaching relevant staff and providing workshops training them in costing and pricing payment models.
