Aceso Global launched its support for the ASEAN Center for Public Health Emergencies and Emerging Diseases (ACPHEED) with funding from the Gates Foundation. The initiative focuses on developing ACPHEED readiness to lead and broader efforts in pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response (PPR). The project aims to strengthen the ACPHEED Secretariat and the Center for Response and Risk Communication in Thailand, support the Center for Detection and Risk Assessment in Indonesia, and enhance knowledge sharing and regional collaboration through the ASEAN Health Secretariat. Our role includes providing technical assistance in developing strategic plans and operational documents, along with targeted support in key areas such as surveillance and regional laboratory networks. This effort builds on our ongoing collaboration with Indonesia’s Ministry of Health while fostering new partnerships with ASEAN and Thailand.
