Jonty Roland is an independent adviser on health system reform and universal health coverage to governments, global institutions and private sector organizations. He has worked in more than 25 countries in areas including health system design, health financing and frugal innovation. As Associate Director for Aceso Global, Jonty co-leads the ongoing Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage learning collaborative on population targeting, as well as supporting the Aceso team across a variety of other projects. Prior to becoming independent, Jonty was Program Director of the KPMG Center for Universal Health Coverage, where he founded and led a team that secured consulting projects in 18 countries relating to the design and implementation of UHC. Jonty holds an MA in Management from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, and an MSc in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
