Deniz Mete is an Analyst at Aceso Global, focusing on health economics in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) with a particular emphasis on health financing and private sector engagement. He currently contributes to several projects, including the IFC’s private sector initiatives in Egypt and Côte d’Ivoire, as well as the Gates Foundation-supported Joint Learning Network’s primary healthcare performance management collaborative. Prior to joining Aceso Global, Deniz interned as an Investment Advisory Intern at Ünlü & Co., Turkey’s leading financial institution, and also worked as a Summer Intern at the World Bank Group. He graduated with a BSFS in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in May 2024. Deniz is fluent in Turkish and English and has limited working proficiency in Spanish.
