Rob Janett maintains an active practice as a primary care physician at a multi-ethnic public clinic affiliated with the Cambridge Health Alliance.  He is an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School as well as an adjunct assistant professor of family medicine at the Brown Alpert School of Medicine.  He consults on health policy issues to the World Bank and other agencies in the Latin America region, and to other healthcare organizations in the U.S.  For the past six years he has led primary care improvement projects in the Saúde Suplementar in Brazil. He is also Senior Policy Advisor at the Mount Auburn Cambridge Independent Practice Association (MACIPA). Until January 2016, he served as the Medical Director for Accountable Care at Care New England Health Systems in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Janett graduated from Haverford College where he studied social anthropology, and earned his medical degree at Dartmouth Medical School. He is board certified in the specialty of internal medicine.
