Marianne Enciso is a health systems researcher with experience in primary health care, health workforce, vaccine-introduction, and injury-related policies in LMICs. She has previously worked at the World Bank – evaluating strategies influencing health worker performance in Sub-Saharan African, Asian, and Latin American countries. Marianne also has worked on a Bill & Melinda Gates-funded project developing a resource toolkit for vaccine introduction in LMICs and a Bloomberg-funded project analyzing injury-related policies in the Philippines. Before venturing into global health, she had experience working in clinical trials in the US and private sector consultancy in the Philippines. Marianne holds an MSPH in International Health – Health Systems from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, with a concentration in health economics and health finance/management. She speaks fluent Filipino.
