Jake Mendales joins Aceso Global with years of field experience and expertise in the areas of health systems reform, global health service delivery, and social determinants of health. He previously worked in Latin America implementing health and economic development programs to reduce inequality in rural and resource-limited settings. Since then, Jake has conducted qualitative and quantitative research for Save the Children in Greece, the Chilean Ministry of Health, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies. As a part of Harvard TH Chan’s Global Health Systems research team, he has evaluated the cancer care and control strategies in four Latin American countries. He holds a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health and a Master’s in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts.
