Esteban Bermúdez researches global healthcare systems with a focus on efficiency, quality, and management training in the pursuit of Universal Health Coverage. He supports an array of project teams, including providing technical support for Aceso Global’s work on Population Targeting mechanisms and e-Consultations rollout for the Joint Learning Network (JLN). He also supports Aceso Global’s work on reducing health equity gaps faced by those living in extreme poverty in the Salud Mesoamérica Initiative — focused on Quality Improvement mechanisms and training in Honduras. Prior to joining Aceso, Esteban interned at GreenMomentum (NGO) in Mexico City, Mexico where he provided research support for the Market Intelligence Team. He holds a double bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from The College of William & Mary. He speaks Spanish and Italian.
